Can DEMOFIRE prepare application drawings directly from architectural drawings?
Yes, provided that the fire design criteria, occupancy and system scope have been defined. Where those inputs are incomplete, the technical basis should first be clarified.
Why are as-built drawings necessary?
They provide an accurate record of the final piping, cabling, equipment and valve locations for operation and maintenance.
Is a shop drawing the same as a permit or authority drawing?
No. A shop drawing develops the detail required for actual field installation and equipment coordination.
