Industrial Facilities
Integrated fire protection for industrial facilities, considering process hazards, storage, utilities, machinery and operational conditions.

Fire risk in an industrial facility is not defined by building use alone. Process equipment, raw materials, products, energy sources, machinery, storage and maintenance activities all contribute to the hazard. Fire protection should therefore be designed around the actual process flow and operating conditions of the facility.
Primary Hazards
- Production and process equipment
- Flammable and combustible liquids and gases
- Electrical and control panels
- Machinery, engines and hydraulic systems
- Storage and logistics areas
- Hot work and maintenance activities
- Transformers, generators and energy rooms
- Waste and recycling areas
DEMOFIRE Systems
- Sprinkler and water-based suppression
- Fire pumps and fire-water infrastructure
- Foam suppression
- Gaseous suppression
- Water Mist / Endothermic Water Mist
- F-500 EA® and special-risk applications
- Fire detection and cause-and-effect integration
- Electrical-panel and local machinery suppression
Service Area
From Yalova, DEMOFIRE provides industrial fire protection design support, installation, commissioning, maintenance and technical service primarily across Istanbul, Kocaeli and Bursa and, depending on project scope, in Izmir and throughout Türkiye. Industrial zones around Kocaeli, Bursa, Istanbul and Yalova are within our principal field-service region.
Is sprinkler protection alone sufficient for an industrial facility?
Sprinklers are a fundamental protection layer in many facilities, but process, flammable-liquid, electrical or machinery hazards may require additional local or special systems.
Can fire protection be installed in an operating factory?
Yes. Existing piping, pumps, ceilings, production constraints and shutdown windows can be considered so that installation is phased around operations.
Does production have to stop during maintenance?
Depending on the work scope, maintenance can often be planned to minimise disruption to production.
