Technical site supervision for fire protection installations carried out by client or contractor teams.
In some projects, installation is carried out by the client’s own team or by another contractor. In such cases, DEMOFIRE can provide field supervision to support correct installation, compliance with technical documentation and readiness for commissioning.

Does DEMOFIRE have to provide the installation labour when it provides supervision?
No. Technical supervision can also be provided for installation performed by the client or another contractor.
Does supervision constitute official project approval?
No. The scope is technical field oversight. Authority approval or statutory acceptance is a separate process.
Can a punch list be prepared?
Yes. Deficiencies and non-conformities observed in the field can be recorded by system and location.
